Filtration and Performance of Puraqua Touch
The Puraqua Touch is equipped with an extremely powerful 800 GPD membrane, providing up to 3,024 liters of filtered water per day. This means the system can filter up to two liters of water per minute, making it one of the top performers in the industry.
The system features two pre-filters (stages 1 and 2) that remove larger contaminants and unpleasant tastes:
- Stage 1: Removes sand, dirt, and rust particles.
- Stage 2: Removes organic chemicals, microorganisms, and bad odors.
Finally, the patented and powerful Sonvita 800 GPD membrane purifies the water, and an activated carbon post-filter ensures fresh-tasting water.
Size and Placement of Puraqua Touch
The compact size of 45cm x 15cm x 39cm allows the Sonvita Puraqua Touch to be placed either standing or lying down, depending on your preference. It fits perfectly into any kitchen or utility space, offering flexibility in installation.

Filter Stages of Puraqua Touch
The Sonvita Puraqua Touch operates with four filtration stages:
- Stage 1: Activated carbon block filter (GAC)
- Stage 2: Sediment filter (PP)
- Stage 3: 800 GPD membrane
- Stage 4: Activated carbon post-filter (PAC)
The two pre-filters remove larger contaminants and unpleasant tastes, while the final filtration is handled by the patented Sonvita membrane and an activated carbon post-filter.
Puraqua Touch: Easy Filter Changes with the EasyLoad System
Unlike conventional reverse osmosis systems, which make filter changes difficult, the Puraqua Touch features the intuitive EasyLoad system. Changing filters is quick and hassle-free.
Maintenance and Usage Instructions
Recommended filter change: every 6 months
Recommended membrane change: every 24 months
Important! The lifespan of the pre-filters can be shortened by external factors such as old pipes or very hard water, requiring more frequent filter changes. Monitor the filter color for early replacements, especially if the filters become dark or highly discolored.
To ensure the longevity and performance of your system, it’s recommended to clean the flow restrictor during each filter change. If the restrictor is heavily calcified, it should be replaced.
Daily use prevents the system from drying out and helps maintain hygiene standards.
